Business Analyst / Process Consultant (M/F/D)

Your tasks:
- Analyse client business processes and identify areas of improvement
- Understand the business needs and the need to standardize processes and incorporate those needs into the design and deliverables
- Ability to identify added values for the customer
- Design and implement solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Gather and document requirements from clients
- Conduct internal and external workshops
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (or comparable education) in a relevant field such as business administration, information technology or computer science
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Process Consultant
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Practical experience process modelling (i.g. BPMN)
- Certifications in: ServiceNow, ITIL, project management are advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
